Before you send a part

FDM 3D printing questions, answered plainly

A quick guide to what Revbatch can print, what to include in a request and where the process has limits.

What does Revbatch make?

Functional prototypes, enclosures, workshop jigs and replacement parts, retail display parts and brass casting masters, all printed from your file.

What size can you print?

Send the size and your file. We’ll check the part and confirm what will work before quoting.

What materials do you use?

PLA, PETG and TPU. See the materials guide.

What file types do you accept?

STL, STEP, 3MF or OBJ. Photos or PDF drawings can come along for reference.

Do I need a CAD file?

Yes. We print from your design file. Revbatch doesn’t offer design services.

What if my file needs changes?

If a file needs a change to print well, such as scaling, wall thickness or orientation, we’ll flag it and agree the change with you by email before printing.

Can I order one part first?

Yes. For a fit that needs checking, start with one test part before ordering more.

How much does it cost?

Price depends on the part, material, quantity and any file adjustments. We’ll send a quote before production. See how quotes work.

Still deciding?

Send the part and its job.
